Can I join if I have never closed a commercial deal?
Yes. Agents with fewer than three commercial transactions in the prior 24 months join through the Mentor Program, working with a mentor in their asset class on their first three transactions.
Is CoStar included?
Yes. CoStar membership is included in the monthly cloud brokerage fee, along with Buildout, Canva Enterprise, AIR CRE and SkySlope.
Do I have to recruit to earn revenue share?
No. Revenue share is optional. It is shared between eXp Realty and eXp Commercial, so you can earn from residential or commercial agents you introduce, but your income does not depend on it.
Can I keep doing residential?
